Explore river History in a variety of hands-on river related activities at this fun annual festival! Join us on the Veranda for these activities and more:
There will be a variety of activities, including these, and more!
-Fishing games & crafts
-Tracing the river routes Lewis & Clark took with the Corps of Discovery Expedition
-Learn how animals adapt to make waterways their homes
-Create your own river map
These events are designed for all ages and are come and go events. So, stop by for as little or long as you like between 10 a.m.-12 p.m. on Saturday.

In September, the Family Event will be a part of the huge two-day event that spans all of Nifong Park, organized by the City of Columbia in partnership with the History & Culture Center. Our family activities will be on the Veranda of the main red-roofed building on Saturday from 10 a.m.-12 p.m.https://boonehistory.org/events/
